Though they are not listed, we do take special requests for dietary needs (vegan, gluten free, diabetic, etc.) For severe allergies, though, please note that our desserts are created in an environment where nuts, gluten, etc. are used and handled, and that nothing should be considered completely "allergen free."
Buttercream is our specialty, so we prefer not to cover cakes in fondant. We will gladly create a delicious buttercream version for you, though! We use house made modeling chocolate, chocolate candy, gum paste, buttercream, and marshmallow fondant for all characters, flowers, etc. Prices may vary due to decor, detail, and ingredient choices.
